Integrity Dental Billing provides comprehensive dental billing and administrative support services. Our services include but are not limited to insurance claims processing, patient billing, and account management. Specific details of services will be outlined in the agreement between you (“Client”) and Integrity Dental Billing.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for billing and claims processing.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and insurance requirements.

• Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation needed to fulfill services.

3. Fees and Payment

• Fees for services will be outlined in the agreement.

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• We adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect the confidentiality of patient information.

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the agreement.

5. Service Limitations

• We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee approval of claims by insurance companies.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement.

• Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and we will return all Client-provided data and documentation.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Liability

• Integrity Dental Billing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
